Time2Business
Bookkeeping for a one-person business, on your Mac. Bank import, invoices, a sponsor and client pipeline, quarterly tax estimates and a year-end tax packet. No subscription, no bank login, and nothing leaves your Mac except the backups that land in your own Dropbox or iCloud Drive.

Common questions
- Where is my data? On your Mac. Backups, invoice PDFs, exports, receipts and the tax packet go to the folder you chose during setup, in Dropbox or iCloud Drive.
- I forgot my password. Click Forgot password on the lock screen and answer your two security questions. If you set up Touch ID or Sign in with Apple, those still unlock the app.
- Does it connect to my bank? No. You download a statement file (QFX, OFX, QBO or CSV) from your bank and drop it into the app.
- Does it file my taxes? No. It produces a year-end packet laid out in the order TurboTax Online asks its questions, or one you hand to a CPA.
